- Lighting up more rows as we out to the higher hierarchy
- Bar charts horizontal and vertical
- Brian: When hover on the left column, the vertical bars are not helpful without showing the name of the lists corresponding to the lists.
- Brian: Add the GC and Cov columns on the left, sorted by GC, Cov
- Brian: Switch themes of colors
- They are thinking about inverting colors
- Emily: Any color blind users?
- Brian: Grouping the lists for easier data exploration
- Zan: We don’t have the list group data
- Brian: ggKbase should have the list groups in the system
- Alec will take care of the lighter color.
Brian goes down the list of tasks:
- Jim: Integration is implicit in Track 3.
- Brian: The most critical task is to allow users to customize their data
- We can constrain their data format/structure for uploading.
- Emily: Get the critical tasks. Parallel coordinates is low priority.
